Fouad Abiad's 2013 Arnold Classic Contest Diet

Here's my diet for the next few months. I've been on this diet for a few weeks now and am looking to gaining some serious weight


Closing in on 8 weeks out and it seems like the days are just flying by.  The Arnold Classic is just around the corner, prep is going great but its time to switch gears.  Here is what my diet looks like right now and has for the last few weeks:  M175g Scitec Whey Isolate3/4 Cup Oatmeal Dry M212oz Round Steak1 Cup Basmati Rice1 Cup Green Beans M312oz Chicken Breast1 Cup Basmati Rice1/2 Avocado Pre W/O10g Scitec BCAA Express10g Scitec Glutamine5g Scitec 100% Creatine Monohydrate5g Arginine Post W/OSame as Pre without the Arginine M412oz Chicken Breast1 Cup Basmati Rice1 Cup Green Beans1tbsp Olive Oil M512oz Sole (flounder)1 Cup Basmati Rice1/2 Avocado M66 Whole Eggs4 Asparagus Spears Since I'm doing my own prep this year I can give you all the 'secrets' to getting shredded.  All of my diets, cardio, supplementation and workouts will all be outlined in my book that will be released sometime after the Arnold.  This is just a small glimpse of what you would be buying. Ok, I'm out, gotta go smash some NYE cardio!  Me and the stepmill gotta hot date! Sacrifice!
