Carlee Benear has found a way to combine spending quality time with her newborn and her passion for yoga to create what she calls a “spark between the two of them”. Benear has found a way to incorporate her 1-month old into several extremely technical yoga positions.

Benear didn’t waste a lot of time after giving birth to get back on the mat. “Once my daughter was born, we were inseparable. After a few weeks of staring at her every move, I felt the urge to get back on my mat and step back into my practice,” said Benear.

With a physique like hers, it’s hard to believe she’s a mother of three, but inspirational to know she hasn’t let that slow her down.
