At just $0.85 per serving for the dip and $1.08 per serving for some tortilla chips, it doesn’t get much more cost-effective than this 3-minute recipe. 


  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 5 (oz) container plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup medium-spicy chunky salsa
  • ½ packet taco seasoning
  • Tortilla chips


  1. Place all ingredients except chips in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips and/or raw vegetables.
