- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 2 cups pulled chicken
- 1 green apple, chopped
- ¼ cup Happy Hemp (hemp seeds)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- Lightly toast the almonds in a skillet.
- Add the almonds and the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
- Serve on toast, lettuce, crackers, or by itself.
