• ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 cups pulled chicken
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • ¼ cup Happy Hemp (hemp seeds)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Lightly toast the almonds in a skillet.
  2. Add the almonds and the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  3. Serve on toast, lettuce, crackers, or by itself.
