Goal: Fat Burning


  • 2½ lbs 85% lean ground beef
  • 4 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 6 cups green beans
  • 4 tbsp butter


  1. Mix all ingredients except beans and butter, and add to loaf pan. Bake uncovered at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. If desired, add a small amount of spaghetti sauce when portioned on each plate.
  2. For green beans, sauté in butter for three minutes before serving.
