- ¾ cup chicken stock
- ¼ cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 12 baked chicken wings
- Heat the chicken stock in a sauce pot until it reaches a simmer.
- Stir in peanut butter and chili flakes and mix until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice.
- Add salt to taste and finish with chopped cilantro.
- Use sauce to toss with baked chicken wings.
