• ¾ cup chicken stock
  • ¼ cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 12 baked chicken wings


  1. Heat the chicken stock in a sauce pot until it reaches a simmer.
  2. Stir in peanut butter and chili flakes and mix until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice.
  4. Add salt to taste and finish with chopped cilantro.
  5. Use sauce to toss with baked chicken wings.
