Caitlin Rice has one of the most recognizable figures in the fitness world, but it took years for her to sculpt the body of her dreams. Rice originally got into fashion modeling when she was 16 years old and quickly found that this rigid diet, and lack of overall fitness, wasn’t what she wanted. After, she went through a phase of being “skinny fat,” according to her website, before she completely embarked on building her body.
