M&Fers are always looking for a solid routine to do outside, without equipment. In this video, Mike Chang of SixpackShortcuts.com demonstrates a high-intensity cardio routine… on the beach!  Chang’s workout will not only burn a ton of calories, it will also strengthen your core and make your abs stand out.

Workout Breakdown

1) 60 seconds: Alternating between bicycle crunches and lying leg lifts.

2) 30 seconds of half burpees.

Rest Time: No rest.

Number of sets: 3 rounds.
