Sometimes, it's great for the body and the mind to get outside the gym on occasion for a workout. Of course it helps to live in a climate where the weather is similar to what you'll see in this video.

Check out Fitness Coach Andy McDermott, who couldn't resist the challenge of the Santa Monica "Flying Pull-Ups" apparatus while at the beach yesterday. Andy tries to vary his workouts as much as possible, and he incorporates his kids almost every day- for the quality family time, but also to ingrain in them some good habits.  Fitness doesn't always have to feel like a "chore," it can be fun!
