Muscle & Fitness Group Training Director Sean Hyson was a guest on LA trainer and fitness expert Robert Reames’ podcast recently. Sean was on the show to talk about why your workout doesn’t have to make you puke to be effective and to discuss the new trend of extreme training in the U.S.
Reames is the head trainer/nutritionist on the Dr. Phil show and is on the advisory board of Gold’s Gym. Sean’s segment on the show begins around the 4:48 mark, and the two fitness professionals really shed some light on how hard you should be training and how much you should, or rather, should not be suffering during exercise in order to reach your fitness goals.
