Earlier this month, Adele dropped her first single, “Hello” from her new album 25 that’s set to drop November 20. With her musical comeback also comes the start of a strenuous fitness journey, taking a liking toward lifting weights.
The singer tells tv3.ie, “I’m not, like, skipping to the f**king gym. I don’t enjoy it. I do like doing weights.” She did confess that lifting doesn’t sit well with her beauty regime because it triggers blood vessels to burst on her face.
Her gym campaign has also made her adopt healthier lifestyle habits like quitting smoking and limiting herself to one alcoholic drink a week.
