M&F Hers July/August cover star Emily Skye loves to mix up her workouts, and this week, she has a new favorite. In her own words: “I’ve been working on a lot of compound exercises lately. Loving it! Deadlifts: I did 5 sets of 12 reps lifting 70kg. I do a full range of movement and glute activation before I start then work my way up from 40kg until I start my 5 sets. I then did front squats x 4 sets and lunges x 4 sets.” Check out Skye getting in some deadlift work:
