Metabolism Matters

Last but not least, know that your metabolic rate is at its peak during your late teens and early twenties. Eating junk food and overconsumption of alcohol can cause permanent damage to your metabolism. By simply drinking water and making healthier food choices, achieving your dream college body is that much more attainable.
