Chef’s Tip: Put soft and liquid items in the blender first to better lubricate the blades so they’ll cut through the harder stuff, like frozen fruit, more easily


  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup baby spinach or baby kale
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices or frozen mango cubes


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if too thick.
