M&Fers are always looking for a solid routine that will build solid lean muscle and a ripped body. In this video, Mike Chang of demonstrates a high-intensity circuit training routine that will push you to your limit. Chang’s workout will not only burn a ton of calories, it will also strengthen your core, build your muscles and challenge your endurance level.

The Circuit Training Workout

1) Push-ups: 10-20 reps

2) Squats: 10-20 reps

3) Pull-ups: Max out

Sets: 5

Rest Time: 1 minute between sets
