How did you get started in fitness and Team Performix?
I got started in fitness 6 years ago. I wanted to have more energy for my newborn son. After a year of training, I fell in love with it and tried Performix and loved that their message was the same as how I lived my life. In fitness and in life, we crush it.
How are you driven in fitness and in life?
I am a father. I am an athlete. I’m a friend and son. In every title I carry out the same attitude. I am driven and put 100% in it.
What advice can you give to our fans who are just starting out or looking to get back to the gym?
Write out a to-do list. Each week I write out a list of things I need to get done in order to come closer to my goals. Writing things down can be a very effective way to start and keep going.
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
Push-ups, Squats and Kettle Bell Swings. I love these three because they not only help you stay shredded year-round but they are great functional movements to help increase athleticism.
