How did you get started in fitness and Team Performix?
I got started in fitness by joining a gym when I graduated high school, and I immediately fell in love with it! I started with team Performix when I first tried their supplements because before I started taking Performix, most of the other supplements I had tried left a bad taste in my mouth (physically and literally.) But Performix was different, and now I take their supplements daily and I LOVE them!
How are you driven in fitness and in life?
I am driven in fitness because it is my lifestyle, not just a phase of my life. I am driven in life by ALWAYS focusing on the positive and NEVER doubting myself!
What advice can you give to our fans who are just starting out or looking to get back to the gym?
Getting started is the hardest part, but with patience and persistence you will make progress! Just know and accept that your journey is going to be physically and mentally uncomfortable at times, but the end result is YOU, and YOU are worth it!
If you had to pick only 3 exercises what would they be and why?
I would choose lunges, push-ups, and dumbbell rows. I would choose these because so many muscles are engaged throughout these exercises and I feel like you can still maintain a good physique and posture by performing these three exercises alone!
