Build up your stamina and strength with these 10 exercises when you're running low on time.

WORKOUT BY:  Nike Master Trainer Betina Gozo 

Do 30 sec. on, 10 sec. off for each exercise. Repeat three times through.

  1. Squat and press with dumbbell
  2. Plank row with dumbbell
  3. Leg lift with dumbbell above chest
  4. Side lunge (left side) with dumbbell 
  5. Side lunge (right side) with dumbbell 
  6. Pushup
  7. Single-leg deadlift (left side) with kettlebell
  8. Single-leg deadlift (right side) with kettlebell
  9. Kettlebell swing
  10. Burpee
