The sweat spot for most is 45 to 60 minutes per workout, but slightly less or more is fine, too. If your schedule can manage, train more frequently with shorter workouts rather than training less frequently with longer workouts. Your recovery will be quicker and your workouts will be more efficient, thus leading to more gains.
