IFBB Pro League Women’s Bodybuilder and Fit Rockstar Show host Isabelle Turell had a special guest on this week’s episode as well. Fellow bodybuilder Kristina Mendoza hasn’t been onstage for two years, but she’s chomping at the bit to make her return to the stage. She explained to Turell that her absence was by choice. She took a long offseason and started working with renowned coach Matt Jansen. The decision appears to be paying off because she likes her chances to succeed in 2024. The Menace Podcast
Last, but not least, was Sunday’s episode of The Menace Podcast over at the M&F YouTube channel. Host Dennis James was joined by Cormier, Milos Sarcev, and their special guest, 212 bodybuilder Kerrith Bajjo, who is considered a contender for Shaun Clarida at this year’s Olympia 212 contest. The 41-year-old pro discussed his chances at the Olympia and how he has reached his level of success in spite of starting later in life than many of his contemporaries.
