Avocado Smoothie Servings: 1
You'll need
  • 4 oz almond,coconut, or other milk of choice
  • 4 oz water
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup spinach or baby kale
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • medium avocado
  • ¼ cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ tbsp peanut or almond butter
1. Place all ingredients in a blender with ice and blend.
