Peaches and Cream Protein Shake Servings: 1 (20z) Smoothie
You'll need
  • 2 cups peaches
  • ¼ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey or eggs-white protein powder
