Revving up your cardio workout to the next level can be a difficult task. But if your current routine isn’t yielding the results you want, you might want to try a different approach.
Many of us make the mistake of thinking that working out longer is the best way to get those prized results. But unless you feel like spending countless hours in the gym, there’s a better (and faster) way to shed that final layer of fat and reveal those sculpted muscles.

Ultimately, it comes down to training smarter – not longer. Studies have shown that High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) can effectively burn fat at 9 times the rate of steady-state cardio.
With a jump rope, you can incorporate movements that engage more muscle groups than running or cycling, for example, rapidly elevating your V02 max and yielding those coveted results more quickly.
