American Gladiators legend Lori “Ice” Fetrick joined the ladies in this episode to talk about her experience on one of the country’s most popular TV shows.

Fit Rockstar Show NATALIA COELHO, THE WP CHAMPION!
Isabelle Turell had a special guest on her episode of the Fit Rockstar Show, and it was none other than the reigning Ms. Physique Olympia, Natalia Abraham Coelho. Coelho is preparing to defend her title in Orlando, Florida this November as a part of the 2023 Olympia Weekend, and Turell had the champ on to get her thoughts about winning the title in 2022 as well as whether she is about to start her own dynasty atop her division. She also asked Coelho about her busy year, including competing in non-Olympia shows such as the Pittsburgh Pro and New York Pro, both of which she won. It’s not often a reigning Olympia champion joins a show this late in a prep, so make sure you watch this one.

The Menace Podcast SHOULD KAMAL DO THE 212 OR THE OPEN?
The Menace Podcast has become a weekly legends roundtable, and host Dennis James was joined this week by Milos Sarcev, Cormier, and the 2023 Masters Olympia Men’s Open champion, Kamal Elgargni. James wasted no time asking if Elgargni was doing the Olympia this year in Orlando. Elgargni shared he wasn’t sure because he has a big decision to make. As a past Olympia 212 champion as well as this year’s Masters Olympia Men’s Open winner, Elgargni is qualified for two contests, but he has to pick one. The champ actually revealed that he isn’t sure if he’s going to compete at all at this point.
